About the project

We are embarking on an ambitious journey to help a leading Insurance global company improve, further develop and deploy one of their ecommerce solutions.

About you

In this exciting project you will play a key role to connect the needs of the business, the desire of the users and the reality of the technical team behind the solution. 

You'll be the Product Owner of a technical team, a dynamic team encompassing backend, frontend, technical lead and UX/UI. 

For this position we are searching for an experienced Product Owner, dynamic and highly organized, able to connect with stakeholders and leverage data to support their decisions and the product strategy. 

About your day-to-day:

• Build solid and trustful relationships with business and development stakeholders
• Be a role model of Agile working
• Collaborate alongside UX/UI team to transform their prototypes into product specifications and user stories attending the stakeholders' needs
• Organize sprints
• Create, update and follow-up of the product's roadmap 
• Manage product backlog to ensure the team has a clear roadmap: content, priorities, updates...
• Prioritize functionalities and create clear and concise user stories 
• Analyze data performance metrics to guide your decisions and improve product outcome
• Validate by accepting or rejecting the results of the development team based in acceptance criteria

Key qualifications and skills

• Proven experience of +3 years acting as Product Owner with high levels of autonomy and ownership
• Strategic and commercial vision
• Experience with organization platforms such as Gitlab, Jira...
• Strong knowledge and practical experience of Agile development metholodies
• Analytical mindset and highly organized with proven experience leveraging data to make informed decisions and share results
• Proactive and curious, willing to learn and adapt
• English proficiency as your primary language
• BSc/Master's in Engineering or  IT Management.

What's nice to have:

• Experience with e-commerce solutions
• Prior experience with Insurance industry
• Prior experience with Salesforce
• Experience working with technical teams with Java stack
• Software development experience
• Agile/Scrum methodologies experience. 

For this position you must be a holder of a valid working permit for Spain.
