About your day-to-day:

You will join our AI/ML projects to help develop and improve AI and NLP technologies for Hebrew. As a Junior Applied AI/ML Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work with applied machine learning, language technologies, and NLP while working in a native language environment. You’ll gain hands-on experience with real-world data, algorithms, and evaluation processes.

• Gain exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs) and contribute to their adaptation for Hebrew.

• Support the training and evaluation of NLP/ML models.

• Work with datasets to improve accuracy and model responsiveness.

• Analyze outputs and provide insights to refine performance.

• Assist with automation and integration of workflows.

• Collaborate with senior engineers and linguists to deliver high-quality results

What we’re looking for

• Native knowledge of Hebrew.

• 1-2 years of relevant professional experience

• Interest or basic familiarity with Large Language Models (training, fine-tuning, or deployment).

• Basic knowledge of Python.

• Strong English communication skills.

Would be nice if you have

• Academic background in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, AI, Speech Technologies, or similar.

• Demonstrated curiosity for NLP, ML, or applied AI.

• Familiarity with NLP/ML libraries (PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras, NLTK, etc.) is a plus.

For this position, you must be available to work full-time onsite.
