About you

You'll be the technical leader of an AI Squad, a dynamic team encompassing a Project Manager and specialists engineers in Backend, Frontend, and Machine Learning. Together, we'll be collaborating directly with the AI Department of a leader in the Customer Experience industry.

For this position we are searching for a Tech Lead experienced building cloud-native software with knowledge of state-of-the-art AI technologies like Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) or Transformer-based models. You have proven experience working with AWS and hold relevant certifications. 

You've led teams on AI projects and know how to set up the tech that makes these projects run smoothly. More than just tech skills, you're good at guiding your team and making sure projects get done right.

You possess a strong understanding of software design, encompassing SOLID principles, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and Event-Driven Architecture (EDA). Additionally, you are versed in the fundamental principles of security, logging, monitoring, and providing support for projects in a production environment.

About your day-to-day:

• Contribute to the development of AI products in the Customer Experience (CX) field. In this role, you will work closely with Machine Learning Engineers, Product Managers, and Frontend Developers to design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems. 

• Ensuring performance, reliability, and seamless integration of backend services with machine learning models and user-facing applications

• 7+ years of Software Development experience, at least 2 in a leading role.

• Experience leading technical projects and mentoring team members.

• Strong communication skills in English.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

• Experience with modern CI/CD practices and tools (e.g., GitLab CI, ArgoCD).

• Proven ability to write reliable, maintainable, and well-tested code, with a focus on automation and quality assurance.

• Proficient with Python and knowledgeable with frontend languages and frameworks like Typescript and react

• Highly experienced with AWS infrastructure
