About your day-to-day:

You will join our Entertainment App project, where we collaborate with our clients to enhance efficiency and provide outstanding experiences to more than 40 million users. As a QA Hardware Technician, you’ll be maintaining a physical device lab -keeping hardware ready for automated and manual testing. The day-to-day includes:

• Set up and maintain physical test devices (TVs, streaming devices)

• Ensuring they are correctly configured, networked, and in a healthy state before any test cycle begins

• Prepare devices from scratch using documented processes, including basic networking setup

• Monitor device health proactively, identifying and resolving hardware or connectivity issues before they impact automated or manual test execution.

This is for you if you have:

• 2+ years of experience in device management: physical racking, inventory tracking, and device health monitoring.

• Hands-on experience with technical tools such as Linux Command Line (CLI) or Firmware Flashing.

• Previous experience with networking: Basic TCP/IP, router configuration, VLANs, Wi-Fi band management (2.4GHz vs 5GHz).

• Experience with Smart TVs Ecosystem.

• Knowledge of QA Methodology: bug reporting, test environment stability, etc…

• Fluency in English. 

• Academic background (BSc or vocational training) in electronics, media, related fields, or equivalent experience.

For this position, you must be a holder of a valid working permit for Spain (or EU passport) and be available to work full-time onsite.
