About your day-to-day:

As an AI Engineer, you will be in charge of integrating advanced AI voicebot solutions with several clients. You will be in charge of bridging the voicebot solutions with clients’ systems. To do so, you will investigate the business requirements and technical capabilities to propose a solution that achieves the best and optimal results.

• Design and develop seamless integration between LLM-based Voicebots and the client’s environment.

• Configuring voicebot capabilities through Cognigy and other frameworks.

• Investigate user cases to identify technical gaps and needs.

• Build demos and POC for different solutions.

• Build and own all the documentation regarding voice bot solution integrations.

• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI to inform product development strategies.

This is for you if you have:

• +3 years of Python development experience with AI/ML applications

• Experience with Large Language Models (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models, etc.)

• Background in ML, NLP, and generative AI

• Solid experience in integrating and evaluating third-party AI APIs and services

• Some experience with web frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django, or similar)

• Strong English communication skills

• Degree in Computer Science or related field
